Entrepreneur, inspiring and passionate. Together with Richard Beune we established T2C. Our objective was and is to contribute substantially to the development of the business and organizations in The Netherlands. We do not want to be the largest but certainly the best!
My personal mission: In a respectful and authentic way to inspire, challenge and help people and companies to achieve their goals.
My vision: People make the difference! During my coaching sessions and also during training I notice that people sometimes put the responsibility of live in the hands of others. If with a little help they will take their own responsibility nice things will happen!
That is my passion. Inspiring and helping people to take their own decisions and take the right actions.
What is true for people, certainly is applicable to companies. Any change in organizations begins with the development of the individual employee nomather what level! In today's economy companies feel the increasing pressure of costs and regulations. This pressure is also felt by employees. In many cases this leads to an increase of stress and sick leave. Currently, even over 70% of sick leave in any way is caused by stress.
Managers often choose and implement the wrong solutions, while the real issues and causes remain. Employees are not in the right place, or do not have the ability to fully exploit their talents. This costs businesses a lot of money!
Development of leadership and employees is more than providing a course or adapting a job responsibility to a non-functioning employee! Often there have already been many trainings which apparently did not help. There is a need for something else. Something that really works!
By testing, training and coaching, we get a more and deeper insight into the behavior and communication styles of people. In this way, we adjust the tools necessary in order to achieve the goals of the employee and the company.
I want to challenge you to do the right things in the right way. My experience, and what is more important according to the experiences of my relations, show us that in all cases our approach leads to significant increase in productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
